Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
What we do
- Semantic page structure and headings, with a skip link to the main content.
- Keyboard access to menus, forms and links, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text sizes and colour contrast chosen for readability.
- Reduced motion respected for people who set that preference.
- Descriptive alternative text for content images.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some pages use decorative imagery and animation, and the contact forms depend on JavaScript to show the right fields for each route.
Feedback
If you find something hard to use, tell us through the corporate route on our contact page, and say which page and what assistive technology you use. We will review it and respond.
