ERP Support & Implementation Executive

Help teams use our ERP and operating systems well, and roll out improvements.

What you will do

• Support users across sales, stores, production, quality and finance on day-to-day system questions.
• Configure and test workflows, forms and reports with the technology team.
• Train new users and write simple guides.
• Collect feedback and requirements from departments.
• Check data quality and help correct errors.
• Coordinate releases and communicate changes.

What we look for

• Graduate with experience supporting or implementing business software, ideally ERP.
• Understanding of manufacturing, inventory or finance processes.
• Patient, clear trainer and communicator.
• Logical, structured problem-solving.
