Product Coordinator

Keep product information, samples and orders moving between customers, product teams and the plant.

What you will do

• Coordinate sample requests and dispatches with the development and production teams.
• Maintain accurate product, specification and artwork information.
• Track order status and update customers and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and product documents with the commercial team.
• Follow up on approvals, deadlines and missing information.
• Maintain tidy records in our systems.

What we look for

• Graduate in a relevant field with an interest in cosmetics and personal care.
• Experience in coordination, customer service or order management is helpful.
• Strong organisation, follow-through and written communication.
• Good with spreadsheets and business software.
