Procurement Executive, Raw Materials

Source ingredients and raw materials at the right quality, price and lead time.

What you will do

• Request quotes, compare suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.
• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries against production needs.
• Work with quality on supplier approval, specifications and samples.
• Develop alternative sources to protect supply.
• Track price movements and report savings and risks.
• Maintain supplier and material records.

What we look for

• Graduate, ideally with a science or commerce background.
• Experience buying raw materials for cosmetics, chemicals or pharma.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and ERP.
