Stores & Receiving Executive

Receive, check and store incoming materials accurately, so production and quality always know what is on hand and what is approved.

What you will do

• Receive deliveries against purchase orders and check quantity, condition and documents.
• Raise discrepancies and coordinate quarantine and approval with quality.
• Store materials by status and location with correct labelling.
• Issue materials to production against requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support periodic stock counts.
• Keep the stores clean, safe and audit-ready.

What we look for

• Experience in stores, receiving or inventory control in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort with ERP or inventory software and spreadsheets.
• Careful, organised and good with documentation.
• Understanding of FIFO and material status control.
