Role details

Prepare product batches by weighing, mixing and transferring formulations accurately, following approved batch records.

What you will do

Weigh raw materials and charge mixing vessels according to the batch record.
Operate mixers, homogenisers and transfer equipment to the specified process.
Monitor temperature, time and mixing conditions and record them.
Take samples for quality checks and hold batches until released.
Clean vessels and equipment between batches to the cleaning procedure.
Report deviations immediately and follow instructions from supervisors and quality.

What we look for

Experience in compounding, blending or batching in cosmetics, chemicals, pharma or food is preferred.
Accuracy with weights, measures and documentation.
Understanding of hygiene and safe handling of materials.
Ability to follow a process exactly as written.
