Line Team Leader, Filling

Run a filling line team, keeping output, quality and safety on track for each shift.

What you will do

• Set up the line with operators and confirm materials, settings and documents before each run.
• Assign roles on the line, guide the team and cover absences.
• Check fill volumes, closures, labels and coding against the batch record.
• Record output, stoppages and rejects accurately.
• Escalate quality or equipment issues and follow up until they are closed.
• Coach new operators on procedures and safe working.

What we look for

• Experience on a bottling, filling or packing line, with some time leading a small team.
• Good understanding of line changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Clear record-keeping and communication.
• Willingness to work on the floor alongside the team.
