Production Manager, Packaging

Lead the packaging side of production at our Ambala facility, from line planning to finished goods leaving the floor on time and right first time.

What you will do

• Plan and run daily packaging schedules across filling, labelling and packing lines.
• Lead supervisors and operators, setting clear targets for output, quality and safety.
• Work with planning, stores and quality so materials, approvals and batch records are ready before a run starts.
• Track line efficiency, waste and changeover time, and put fixes in place for repeat problems.
• Keep the floor to GMP and housekeeping standards and support internal and customer audits.
• Raise equipment and process issues early and work with maintenance on resolution.

What we look for

• Degree or diploma in engineering, packaging or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience running a packaging or filling operation in cosmetics, personal care, pharma or FMCG.
• Comfort with production planning, KPIs and shop-floor leadership.
• Working knowledge of GMP and batch documentation.
