EHS Officer

Look after environment, health and safety at the plant, from risk assessments to training and incident follow-up.

What you will do

• Carry out regular safety inspections and risk assessments across the plant.
• Run induction and refresher training on safe working.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and track corrective actions.
• Maintain statutory records and support compliance with factory rules.
• Check fire safety, emergency readiness and use of protective equipment.
• Report safety performance to plant leadership.

What we look for

• Degree or diploma in industrial safety, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in EHS in a manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of applicable factory safety requirements.
• Practical, firm and approachable.
