Logistics & Dispatch Executive

Make sure finished goods leave the plant correctly packed, documented and on time.

What you will do

• Plan and book domestic and export shipments with transporters and forwarders.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices and packing lists.
• Check pack counts, labels and condition before loading.
• Track shipments and update customers and internal teams.
• Resolve transit issues, delays and damage claims.
• Keep dispatch records accurate and up to date.

What we look for

• Graduate with experience in dispatch, logistics or supply chain.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and transport options.
• Reliable, organised and good with detail.
• Comfort with ERP and spreadsheets.
