Supervise a production shift, keeping compounding and filling teams on plan for output, quality and safety.
What you will do
- Plan the shift with the production manager and brief operators on targets.
- Supervise compounding, filling and packing activity against batch records.
- Resolve line issues quickly and escalate to maintenance or quality when needed.
- Make sure documentation is completed correctly and on time.
- Enforce GMP, hygiene and safety rules on the floor.
- Train and develop operators.
What we look for
- Diploma or degree in a technical field.
- Experience supervising a production shift in cosmetics, pharma, chemicals or FMCG.
- Good leadership and communication.
- Working knowledge of GMP.
