Develop and evaluate fragrances for body care, mists and amenities, from olfactive brief to approved scent.

What you will do

Translate scent briefs into fragrance directions and evaluate samples from suppliers.
Test fragrances in product bases for stability, strength and skin-safety suitability.
Maintain a library of fragrance oils, notes and approved scent profiles.
Work with brand and amenity teams to match scent to audience and use.
Support regulatory documentation for fragrance ingredients.
Present scent options clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Experience in fragrance evaluation or development for personal care or home fragrance.
Trained nose and a structured way of describing scents.
Understanding of fragrance families, allergens and dosage.
Strong communication skills.
