Role details

Run product development projects from brief to commercial launch, coordinating formulation, packaging, quality and the customer.

What you will do

Turn customer and brand briefs into clear project plans with owners and dates.
Coordinate formulation, packaging, sourcing, quality and production through each stage.
Manage sampling rounds, feedback and approvals.
Track timelines, risks and costs, and keep customers informed.
Make sure documentation and specifications are complete before scale-up.
Hold project reviews and record decisions.

What we look for

Degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience managing development or launch projects, ideally in cosmetics, personal care or FMCG.
Strong planning, communication and stakeholder skills.
Comfort with technical conversations on formulas and packaging.
