Product Development Executive

Support the development team by running trials, preparing samples and keeping project information current.

What you will do

• Prepare laboratory trial batches and samples to the formulator's instructions.
• Record observations, results and sample feedback accurately.
• Coordinate sample dispatch and follow up on customer feedback.
• Keep raw material, formula and specification records organised.
• Support stability set-ups and sample retention.
• Help the project manager track timelines.

What we look for

• B.Sc., B.Pharm or equivalent in a science subject.
• Laboratory or product development experience in cosmetics or a related industry is preferred.
• Careful hands and good record-keeping.
• Eagerness to learn formulation.
